This guy is something else, so I broke My phone. So I pulled into Verizon to get a temporary replacement which the cheapest phone that had on deck was $400 and I was trying to pay my past bill due which is $800! All I had on me was cash so I counted out $1,200 and it was about closing time had about 10 minutes left. I noticed over in the corner ear hustling (eavesdroppong) Ron came to the desk and stated he could not take that much cash! I said what you guys take cash correct ? He said yeah just not that much. I was like well damn if you take cash doesn't matter if it's 100 or 1200? Then the original guy that was helping me said actually I'll just have to pay is $400 you can finance the phone and all you gotta pay is 400 on your billand then Ron butted in again and said he was over the limit for the amount of cash you could take today! Sounds like this guy really did not want to help me solve my problem. Apparently by the looks of the reviews im not the only one after looking at all there online reviews,, see they closed in ten min and I had no time to go grab my card. What a kick in the rear man if I was Ron's boss I'd seriously take a long hard look at my so called manager demote him out him on bathroom duty and away from the customer service He's messing up the sales man
