    Kenneth. Evans IS THE EMPLOYEE. Id like a contact back from a district manager about this employee, not the store manager this is a culture and professional problem. If I cant get it rectified I'll take this higher, im not going to be told my phone is old and outdated I dont care about the phone. I dont have backup emails, I was asked to get a store email to finish my phone activation and then a 2nd time he insulted me. Im a business owner , if my employer seen me talk to clients like this id get fired. Retraining wouldn't do a thing because I asked for a name and a number and I was dismissed again told we dont do those things like that. Insubordination, unprofessional, down to his untied shoes And his unkempt hair. Matches the attitude of him. Rude and Asinine , because i maybe a nobody just trying to get my services fixed yet im told my phones janky and im a burden when im asked by the rep on the phone for a workers email to sign terms and conditions . If I knew how phones worked and how to fix them I wouldn't be in a Verizon store Timothy!. Yet when someone isn't proficient in technology, you let them know by taking jabs Appreciate you showing me how you are treating people daily, a store with a 3.4 avg Its a culture problem. Nothing else.

    The guy who tried to "help us" was being rude and gaslighting us the entire time we were there. We were trying to get the limited time deal of 4 lines for as low as $25/line on Unlimited Welcome plan with 4 new iPhone 17 Pro Max's. He somehow got a price of $268 a month and when we looked online it was $139 a month. He tried telling us the discount doesn't count for us because our AT&T plan was higher than the new Unlimited Welcome plan. Which didn't make sense. The whole point of moving from AT&T to Verizon was to go cheaper on our phone bill. Did you not want us to switch over? Bring new customers to Verizon? Then he tried hassling us to get the insurance after we repeatedly said no. Like quit trying to gaslight us and make us feel stupid into buying insurance after we said no. That's bad customer service. When we brought up the online price again and compared it to their price the guy had ($139 to $268) he had no answer as to why it was so different. He gave a snob looked and said to make the online order instead. He then said if we needed any help with that purchase online that they wouldn't help. Like hello? Don't you work for Verizon? You have to help. Otherwise you shouldn't work there. Verizon is paying you to help customers. He was trying to manipulate us into getting the expensive price there. Buddy is lucky I never got his name otherwise I know he would be fired for saying/acting like that. At the end of the day do not go to this location. That one singular guy made us never want to comeback to this location ever again.

    This is what Customer Service is all about. We were acknowledge right away. The assistant manager Tim was very helpful and. Directed us to Tori. Tori was excellent at helping us find the right plan and phone for our daughter. I felt at ease and there was no pressure to add devices. It was obvious to me that Tori had a wealth of knowledge regarding verizons plans, policies as well as the products. Our credt wasnt top tier but we were still treated with the same great service. Tori took the time to explain and make sure we were happy with our purchase. Glad I decided to take my business to Verizon at Rushmore Crossing. Big shout out to Tim- assistant manager and Tori- customer repersenative. Thank you, Tasha Neal

    I would not recommend going with Verizon service. I was told my bill would be a certain amount every month for 1 year. That was agreed upon the sales rep even wrote it down for me. I signed up for internet service and after the second month my bill still had not been adjusted. So I talked with an agent online. They got it fixed for that month. Paid my bill, then the next month same thing. Still had to contact an agent about my bill being wrong. I am still arguing about my bill. I contacted them 2 weeks before my bill was due so it would not be late. It took them over 2 weeks to fix it. So I contacted the sales person that originally signed me up. They contacted a manager and now im being told by that manager that he cannot honor the price I was told and what I thought I signed up for, unless I port my cell phone over to them. I had already told them I have a cell phone company I am happy with and on a family plan that I dont need a cell phone. So basically they are trying to bully me into switching my phone and phone plan over to them in order to get the price I was promised when I signed up. I do not recommend and I would highly suggest you ask to see the contract first as mine was sent to me via email after I had signed up for the service and, the things I signed, there was never anything about porting my cell phone and the price I was supposed to pay for the first year was also not on there. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Had a poor experience at this store customer representative could not help me with my daughter’s Apple Watch when it was not receiving my phone calls or texts. The customer representative said to call Star 611 for tech-support after being on hold for 45 minutes I finally got a hold with tech-support. I watched the representatives be rude with other customers that were just trying to wait and get a phone or get their problems solved. They need to hire more people at the store and have an in-house tech support Service representative I may be changing my phone service to another provider after this experience.
