Richard was calm, patient, and worked through multiple options with me! He worked to make sure I was protected and it was a super smooth process. Great location and a kind store manager as well!

What a waste of time. Do not waste yours by stopping into this store. The service is terrible!
Tried to buy something and the salesman said “Wait here and I will go get the printed copy”. After being gone for 20 minutes… we left. Didn’t think it took 20 minutes to pick up a printed document in the back??!!!

My son recently went to this verizon store as directed by Verizon customer service for his new phone. It was a replacement for his damaged phone, paid for online. The store was supposed to help activate the phone and transfer everything across. It was SUPPOSED to have a trade in swap as well. The store didn't do any of that. Handed him the phone and then dismissed him. He now is attempting to figure out how to activate and transfer all his data, and still has his old phone because the store didn't do their job. Poor service. How the he'll is he supposed to take care of everything when the store failed.

The new remodel looks great, but the service was honestly a huge letdown this time. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve referred a lot of my friends to this specific shop.
Today was different. I walked in, complimented the new look, and a guy with a tablet took my number for the queue. He didn’t tell me where to wait or how the process works, so I just sat down and waited. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched four people walk in after me and get helped immediately. It wasn’t just the first guy's mistake though. Multiple other staff members walked right past me several times and not one person bothered to ask if I’d been helped or if I was checked in
When I finally caught the same guy and asked if I was even on the list, he gave me a look like he’d never seen me before. He spent a minute scrolling through his tablet in silence, and at that point, I just gave up and walked out.
It feels like there's a big disconnect between the look of the store and the actual training. There are no signs or zones to tell you where to wait, so you just end up feeling invisible while the staff loses track of who’s next. It’s a shame because I was ready to upgrade my plan and do a trade-in for a newer phone. The most disappointing part was the total lack of customer recovery. There was zero effort at service recovery here and no immediate attempt to get me seen next once they realized I’d been skipped. I’d love to keep coming here, but this was a pretty disappointing experience.

Kenneth. Evans IS THE EMPLOYEE.
Id like a contact back from a district manager about this employee, not the store manager this is a culture and professional problem. If I cant get it rectified I'll take this higher, im not going to be told my phone is old and outdated
I dont care about the phone. I dont have backup emails, I was asked to get a store email to finish my phone activation and then a 2nd time he insulted me. Im a business owner , if my employer seen me talk to clients like this id get fired. Retraining wouldn't do a thing because I asked for a name and a number and I was dismissed again told we dont do those things like that. Insubordination, unprofessional, down to his untied shoes And his unkempt hair. Matches the attitude of him. Rude and Asinine , because i maybe a nobody just trying to get my services fixed yet im told my phones janky and im a burden when im asked by the rep on the phone for a workers email to sign terms and conditions . If I knew how phones worked and how to fix them I wouldn't be in a Verizon store Timothy!. Yet when someone isn't proficient in technology, you let them know by taking jabs
Appreciate you showing me how you are treating people daily, a store with a 3.4 avg
Its a culture problem. Nothing else.
