It no longer had the original case or any protectant on it. When I asked where the case was, he said there was no case with it. The man with him acknowledge that when I dropped it off with him the prior week there was a case attached to it. Juan then said he wasn't going to argue with me but that's exactly what he was doing and insisting that I didn't have one even though the person that I handed it to admitted that it did come in with one. They offered me no accommodations or anything to fix it. Extremely rude and standoff, especially when the other staff there was directly confirming what I said. Only putting a two-star because I could tell the person that was their training with him felt very bad because he was the person who took the trade in and knew what I was saying was correct.
