  Not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is when either the person they need isn’t working that day or they won’t be able to get to it. Made an appointment online two days prior, let them know what the issue was (iPhone battery replacement), drive an hour to get there, the person wasn’t scheduled who can fix it. Told me to come back the next day with another appointment, get there and it won’t be able to be taken care of today. Nice people, just poor service and management.

  Exceptional customer service with all my bonehead questions answered. On time and on their game! Daniel was the greatest, and Brian wasn't too shabby either. Highly recommend their services if you need them!

  Horrible service. I've bought car items to be installed by geek squad a couple of time now. Both times I've arranged for them to be installed they've called and had moved the install date. If I would've known that I would've went somewhere else. I personally suggest you buy products from a different store.

  When I went to them for help, I had to wait a while as I had no appointment scheduled. That's OK, Best Buy is a fun store to wander about while waiting. They helped me with my Lenovo laptop. It would not fully connect to wifi - a constant no internet connection. The Geek Squad tech who helped me was great and up for the challenge. Their service was a great price and well worth it.
