  The past two times that I needed help with cricket I drove 4 hours to the Black Hills just so I could see William. He has the best customer service I have ever experienced, he addresses the situation listens to what needs to be handled and he answered and got like 20 things done for me. I live closer to Bismarck but the crickets places there are absolutely horrible if I could give them a zero star I would Williams amazing this store five star He's been the only one I've dealt with at this location so I hope all the other customer service representatives are just as amazing as him so you can have the experience that I did.

  We were out in the Hills on vacation and had a sim card go bad on us. Austin was able to fix the issue quickly while simultaneously helping another customer setup a new phone. We are grateful for his help, knowledge, and speedy service!

  Don't order a new phone online they will send you a used phone with cracked screen saver on it. Do yourself a favor go to a store for new phones.
