- CSCathy SupperAug 20, 20251.0I have never ever experienced horrible customer service by anyone as bad as the ones working at this location. The smell alone of paraphernalia when you walk into this location is enough to make me want to throw up not to mention the children screaming and running around distracting the employees. They force you to their protection and cases and screen proctors to get the phone price is ridiculous. I should not be forced into something I do not want. I have since then switched companies and will not be returning. I will be warning all my friends and family about Cricket.

Went in and both the man and women working were extremely rude and unprofessional (they smelt really horrible). Not to mention the screaming child interrupting the conversation. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this location. If I experience it again I will be taking my service else where. Why hire employees who bring their children to work and are rude and unprofessional?
