    Not impressed with the service here. We stopped in to get a simple phone and line added to the account. It took several hours and still did not get this accomplished. The person that helped us typed in the new phone number wrong so that needed changed and also typed in the previous account number for this new phone wrong so that needed changed. Then they called today and said we needed to come back in the store because the promotional credits did not go through like they should have. We live over an hour away so not like we can just run back over, and have to go to this specific Verizon not another one. The store called us three times because they needed us to go back in so my husband took time off of work, and we drove over an hour to the store just for them to tell us we can do everything over the phone. WHAT A JOKE. Are you kidding me? What is wrong with this place because they bugged us to come in or else we wouldn't get the promotional credits applied and pay for the phone out right just to have them tell us we didn't need to drive to the store... It sounds like this store has nothing but issues both technical and other, so would NOT recommend. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, VERY UNHAPPY.
