    I asked to add insurance to my lines and the lady working added tech support by mistake, now I have a phone that's broken without the insurance she told me added and there's nothing I can do about it. Her mistake has cost me 1100 dollars that I still owe on the phone. I called verizon and they credited me back 13 dollars, wow thank god for that! If I had just gone through verizon directly this wouldn't have happened. That's what I would recommend, or switch to at&t.

    The lady that assisted me was very helpful, and seemed to know what she was doing. I only hope that everything she promised actually becomes reality. She said our plan didn't change, and that our monthly bill would actually be lower after the one-time fees are paid, which is fine. I realize getting a new phone isn't ideal at times, but if I got taken advantage of my not exactly understanding the fine print, I will be notifying corporate, the BBB, and will be back into that store with a definite amount of attitude. Yeah, now 2 months later, what they promised was all a lie, and it took calling corporate to get everything straightened out, the credits we deserved, and our bill lower. This store is a joke, and I would not recommend walking through the doors. If you want to get lied to,taken advantage of, and treated like a moron, than go ahead.

    This store provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Between the representative and the manager I received poor help, bad communication, signed me up for the wrong plan, and never sent in my trade in phone.
