- BWBen WipfAug 14, 20241.0I've tried calling Cricket the over last 2 days and nobody answers. I tried 5 times yesterday and a 4 times today again, all in the afternoon when they are open. My wife went to the store yesterday and they were very slow to help, but did finally get done what we needed. We have had Cricket for many years and it's ok, but nothing special. Other than the price, that is very good. The service has been pretty bad over the last couple months off and on, so it's been really frustrating. The last week or 2 has been a lot better. I also get told by people that I don't answer their calls, but when I look, I don't have a missed call. So, apparently a number of my calls go right to voicemail and I never see the call.
