    Worst experience ever. I've been waiting for over a month for a refund that has yet to be processed. I spoke to DQ the regional manager after he texted me with a internet promotion, when I asked where my refund was he blocked my number and never responded.

    8/17/25 Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Walked in at noon to schedule an appt for later that day. One girl there working with somebody. Stood there for 5 minutes and nobody said a word to me. Went back home and schedule an appt online for 2pm. Arrived on time and the same girl was helping a different couple. Sat down and still nobody said a word to me. At 2:15 she finally looks over and says “what brings you in today?” I said I have an appointment and my daughter’s gizmo watch isn’t working. The worker girl says “it isn’t working or she doesn’t want it anymore?” First of all who says that to a customer? I sat there until 3:00 until she finally decides to try to help me as she’s still working with the other couple. She literally is trying to assist me while still sitting with the other couple, not even at the same desk as me. Absolutely no customer confidentiality at all. Giving me an attitude because I’m not understanding what she’s saying because she’s not even sitting at the same desk as me. Complete incompetency. I got up and left. Got me sitting there for an hour just to give less than half customer service. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience ANYWHERE.

    7/15/2025- went in to pick up different device for different line and was told could upgrade phone with no trade in. Scheduled follow up for 7/21/25 to come in and place order. Was never told money down upfront. 7/21/2025-went into verizon to upgrade phone. Placed order but was on backorder. They said backorder would arrive in 2 to 3 business days 7/29/2025- went in to pick up new device. Was asked for 150.00 for upgrade. Had cancelation processed with ESim emailed for reactivation. 7/29 call to Verizon it as unable to use esim for reactivation. New ESIMcreated. Still unable to reactivate. No ESIM connected. Only physical Sim. 7/29/2025- present- Unable to use ESIM. Unable to receive and send RCS chat What was supposed to be a low key upgrade has turned into a headache with continuous problems. No upgrade included.
