I spent 5 hours on the phone.. this company will not do the right thing even though the employ screwed up my account and they know it. I have to pay for an employees mistake... Very poor business practices. Your employee screwed it up... You should do the right thing.. but you won't... I'm sick of trying to get you to... Tired of the "We're sorry and understand it's not your mistake but you still have to pay it" Very poor service. They would be better off shutting this location down if they can't get employees with a little knowledge. The company not fixing employees mistakes is unacceptable. They have no administration service to contact and will not fix their own mistakes unless you pay for it. .. only overseas operators that can't do anything except apologies and give worthless excuses. At first, they will try to blame it on you and make it your mistake but when they can't, and they know what they are doing is wrong, they apologize and say they can't do anything. You have to pay for their mistakes so pick your payment location carefully...

They sold me the Samsung galaxy A32 5g and after receiving my wireless car charger found out it does not wireless charge. Then customer service said return it for a full refund. Then the same store says they can't do a full refund. Even after they lied they won't make it right. So now the piece of trash manager goes on my personal business page and leaves a false review to decrease my reviews on Google
