The new Union Medical Center is now open! The combined replacement hospital and medical office centralizes physician practices, outpatient services and inpatient care, enhancing efficiency and patient experience. The new Union Medical Center is located at 1201 Furman L. Fendley Hwy in Union across from Union Industrial Park. The campus includes a chapel, healing garden, walking trail and nod to Union's history. Physician practices relocating are UMC - Center of Obstetrics & Gynecology, UMC - Center for Pediatrics, UMC - Center for Family Medicine, SMC - Center for Hematology Oncology - Union, Gibbs Infusion Center - Union and Bearden-Josey Center for Breast Health - Union. Signage will be located throughout the campus to give patient directions on where to find their providers or practice.

- MBMikicia ByrdOct 20, 20251.0I'm literally in the bed right now in the hospital every time a nurse come in she leave out nobody comes back in for at least 15 to 20 minutes I'm here with a swollen face and so much pain and nobody has given me anything yet no one could keep in vain except he was wonderful person and 9:10 I've been here since 4:45 to show for none of the time I'm here I just got a IV a wonderful lady put it in the only one that could do it and that was 15 minutes ago nobody came in to give me any meds they see that I'm in an extreme pain and then walking past like they don't care this hospital looks pretty but they need better people that are nurses that are doctors for everything.
