Excange for another still nothing. Will work in town but not where I live has same amount service as in town 4 g 4 bars. But they say won't work at my house supposivly. Do not get a nex book thru Verizon in Union. Also it's not even a Verizon product .Goin att and have them buy all my devices out and go to a better company. Another thing there no rush in resolving issue still a month later so paying 10 a month for nothing show for. Dont sell a product if you have no clue in how fix or resolve any kind of issues.
