  Stanley was amazing! He helped me get set up with a new phone and was very helpful getting all my apps up and working. Very happy with the excellent service he provided!

  I originally came in to ask about a discount I get through work, the original person I talked to was helpful and asked me to come back the next day with the information of the discount from my work, the next day when I came in I was not acknowledged (But I was looked at) because the what seem to be only employee there was helping a family. So I sat down and waited patiently, about 10 minutes later another gentleman came in, The employee acknowledged and helped that man while he was helping the other family, about 30 minutes after that a lady came in immediately acknowledged her and helped her but never once acknowledged me only stared at me. After an hour of waiting patiently I decided to show him the same treatment he showed me, I stared at him and walked out the door without saying a word. I will never do business with this branch again and Will be look for a new cell phone provider.

  Korey was such an amazing help! I had a complex problem with an old business account and he was very patient and helpful. He even called me back to the store as soon as he figured out a fix! He’s the best.
