Went there to get a Black Friday deal on two phones was told they’d be one price and then got my bill and they proceeded to charge me the full amount. Changed my plans up to a more expensive one without my consent and charged me for an extra phone I didn’t consent to or receive. Also added two more phone lines to my plan I didn’t consent to either. Verizon customer support wouldn’t help me and I was forced to make a fcc complaint. Am now dropping Verizon due to their scummy salesmen and ridiculously slow customer service. Have been a Verizon member for 5 years now and this is how they treat me
