    My experience at this store was genuinely terrible. The general manager, Brittany, was unbelievably rude. Instead of offering help, she made negative comments and spoke to me with a tone that was completely uncalled for. When I tried to resolve the issue with customer service on the phone, the assistant manager refused to cooperate and wouldn’t even listen to the representative who was trying to assist. The rest of the staff didn’t help the situation either — they were unprofessional, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. The entire interaction felt chaotic, disrespectful, and far below basic standards of customer service. Instead of helping me the way any professional manager should, Brittany rudely told me to call an employee’s personal cell phone number rather than directing me to Verizon customer service. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and inappropriate that was. Her attitude was nasty, dismissive, and dripping with disrespect the entire time. She acted as if helping a paying customer was beneath her. I walked out feeling disrespected, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how poorly the situation was handled. This visit was a complete waste of time

    My daughter and I went to this location after dealing with Verizon and Asurion on the phone/chat several times without any help. We also went to another Verizon and got no help. We walked in this morning a in d was immediately greeted at the door by the Assistant Manager, Halston Hughey. We explained the situation and the troubles were having trying to get it resolved by ourselves. He understood the situation, check everything and made sure the problem was resolved before we left the store. He worked with us, I know for a good hour and 45 minutes. Great attitude, personality and great to work with. Would definitely go back to this location and suggest it to my friends and family.

    I visited the store to move my service from T Mobile to Verizon The store manager Andrew and the associate Shomari Aiken at the store were very helpful They explained the deal and also helped me to set up the phone In fact your tech support TEAM was not able to resolve the e sim but Shomari Aiken was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction I plan to refer some of my friends to visit this store and change their service to verizon Keep up the good work Thx Sonny

    Service was alright but prices went up regularly and overall plan was increased $5+ a month without any notification.
