  I went in to do an upgrade. Christion was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was the only one working at the time and it was very busy. I had to wait longer than expected, but he was excellent. Highly recommend.

  Cricket customer service as in the 611 is horrible they do not care about the customers or what goes on on their website I paid for a 7 day extension and it took the money and still turned my phone off that morning I paid extra money to get my phone back on and the prices kept changing on the website of what needed to be paid I hate cricket wireless and I will be finding a new phone company as soon as possible
