    I rarely post reviews, but I figured it was time for this store. I’ve been using Verizon cellular cells, specifically, this location for almost 10 years. My understanding is that, while this is not a corporate store, it is still an authorized, dedicated Verizon store and can do the same things a corporate store can. Not like some stores that do all different carriers, they only do Verizon. It is nice to walk into a store with actual seating and professional reps who sit down with you and go over everything. I’ve even gotten better deals from this store than from a corporate store. You can even tell that this is a career for them, not just an entry-level temp job. Stacey has always been my rep this entire time (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER). She is amazing, and I can’t recall a question over these almost 10 years that she hasn’t had an answer or solution to. She manages my business and personal accounts. The best part is it’s like the real estate of phone services. I have a dedicated person whenever I have questions, and I never have to wait when I want to upgrade or purchase new devices or accessories. I reach out to Stacey directly when I need something and she sets me up with an appointment with her and ensures that she already has everything that I am interested at looking at. She will even reach out to me when she sees something she knows I would be interested in or would benefit my account like when Verizon launches new plans and services. And if I ever have issues, I rarely have to get on the phone myself with a random Verizon call center. Stacey has a direct line to them and calls and gets everything sorted out for me. I even pass by 3 or 4 other stores on the way to this one because it’s still a time saver! I can’t speak for other Verizon Cellular Sales stores, but if you want a personal experience and not feel like your just a random customer, this is it. In my experience, their goal is not a quick sale but to earn your trust and build a long-term partnership with you. After all, our phones are a huge part of our lives, so why not expect real estate level services?

    I would suggest taking the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Most people just want to complain about something beyond their control. Everyone working here is highly professional, providing top notch customer service, going beyond basic courtesy to get deals done for their customers. You can walk in a regular cell phone store where everyone is dressed like they just woke up, or walk in this store where everyone has a professional demeanor and dress and treats you like a proper human. Your choice.

    One of the worst experiences in my life. Do not recommend this location. Long story short 1. I was there on Monday and seller (Paula) ordered an iPhone for me 2. I had to come back on Wednesday to pick it up 3. When I came back Paula was off that day and another seller refused to help me because “I have to finish purchase with seller I started with”. I told her that I took a day off to came here, she just said “I’m sorry”. Before go there I called to the store , they told me I can come and it’s not a problem. I texted to Paula that day and asked if I can come even that she was not there, and she also said it’s not a problem and they will help me. 4. When I came back on Thursday I talked to a manager she said it’s not true that I have to finish purchase with seller I started with, she was nice and polite. 5. On the top of everything Paula ordered an iPhone with a wrong memory. Fair to say she offered me to order another one but I did not want to do anything with them anymore.
