    Went in for a new phone, ended up leaving with two new phones and a better rate. Had a problem with syncing an IPad went back and they took the time to figure out the problem, without being rushed. Kudos to both Adynn and Matt, excellent customer service and support!

    I got a new iPad online... it did not activate correctly so I went to this store because I needed to drop off my trade in anyway. This was a few weeks ago. The women that helped me was not very helpful and told me I needed to mail in the trade in, not bring it to the store. the option I selected was drop off so of course Verizon didn't mail me anything to send it in when I got the new iPad. We weren't getting anywhere as far as her completing the trade in...at this point I asked to just return the iPad and forget the whole thing. She then brought the manager over. I'm not sure if he got through life on "charm" or what. He couldn't read the situation and greeted me with "hey beautiful" let me be clear I don't think he was hitting on me. I don't know if most female customers like that, but he continued to think he could solve the situation by being "charming", i was just grossed out the entire time.
