The young (Ms Karla) was amazing even when she told me it was no hope and I would not be able to recover everything and me taking the bad news out on her shoulder she was very sweet and help me with the up most care. After we were done I sat there to ponder and she continued to help me learn my new phone. A great big thanks to Ms Karla. 😃
