  Friendly staff. Very professional. Treating physician was excellent. Hopefully, I won't have the need to come back any time soon, but I will not hesitate to return for quality treatment.

  Just went in to this place and first the receptionist are great! Very nice and sweet but i waited a while to be seen by a doctor before then i went to the er sunday night for my ear and they said they couldnt find anything but since my ear has hurt worse and i have started vomiting. The nurse comes in and says my ear is fine just by looking in them not running no tests. Her statement was “well what is the difference of u coming in today then at the emergency room” when i literally said i threw up IN THEIR DOCTORS OFFICE. Im nauseous and the doctor did not care whatsoever. Wont be back. I dont remember her name but she was black skinned and a older lady. She should not be a doctor. Sickens me when we have to pay all this money but the doctor doesnt do what shes supposed to.

  I love Immediate Care! It's where I always go when im sick. I had to go recently and it's a good thing I did, my blood count was 26,000 and they wouldn't even let my friend that brought me, take me to the hospital. They called EMS! I had an infection in my blood and was sepsis! I spent 8 days in the hospital! They know what they're doing! Thank you to all the staff that work there now and in the past! ~Tina

  My experience was that all staff was courteous, helpful and very polite. The wait time was long but I was heard, listened to, and felt confident that we had a plan to handle my problem.

  Dr. Bianco was absolutely wonderful during our visit. I brought my son in thinking he had an ear infection, and Dr. Bianco took the time to carefully examine him and explain everything in a way that made me feel reassured and informed. It turned out that he didn’t have an ear infection, which was a relief, and I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was while checking him out. He also had a student working with him, and she was incredibly kind and attentive as well. She made us both feel comfortable and was very gentle and friendly with my son. You could tell she truly cared. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Dr. Bianco and his student were both professional, compassionate, and great with kids. I’m very thankful for the care they provided and would definitely recommend him to other parents
