They sold me a glass protector (over a $100) and some type of coverage ($) for future replacement cases. Later, I dropped my phone and thought I cracked the glass protector screen. When I went in to replace it it turns out that they never put it on even though I paid for it. I never did anything to the phone and perhaps if it had been on there my phone screen wouldn't have cracked. Since the time that I went in there I went somewhere else to get a plastic protector because I didn't want to pay so much for another glass protector. But I did want to replace my clear case which has yellowed and I've been trying to get a new case for 2 and a half months. Every week they say try again next week and so far nothing. Not a single Galaxy s23 ultra in stock. My experience with Zagg has been a complete waste of time and money. Plus very frustrating. I have to say though, that all the employees have been very nice and tried to be helpful but at the end of the day I paid for something I didn't get twice:The glass protector and and a replacement case. This is a case where you want to buy local but Zagg in Spartanburg is not a good place to shop.
