This was my first time going to the Geek Squad at BB for assistance and it was a horrible experience at the Spartanburg store. First, the tech started off by saying “if the computer is old, we can’t do anything”. Next, instead of offering options and being succinct in those options, the tech went around in circles about money and was never clear about options or any thing helpful whatsoever. She essentially was only worried about making a sale and not what the “Geek Squad” could actually offer. She was very negative and unhelpful and I would never in good conscience recommend these services at this store to anyone ever.

Kenny installed a radio into my 2012 Chrysler 200 S and did an outstanding job. He was able to recommend where I could find one to replace mine that had quit working.

I have used Best Buy's Geek Squad services for a couple of years regularly as part of regular diagnostic service on my lap top. I am extremely pleased. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
