Customer service is a joke waited 20 minutes for a person to get free to be told he didn’t work in the department in question and they just walked off. This has happened on 3 out of 4 times I have been in the store in the last 6 months such a shame to watch the place go down hill and managment does not care because the has been brought to their attention before.

I recently purchased an LG mini LED TV and when I came home it had a tiny burnt pixel. Some might say no big deal, but getting a brand new TV it should be perfect. So I took it back for a return/exchange. Got a Samsung QLED, brought it home to find micro scratches on the screen. Again took it back but this time for just a refund. Both times I brought back a TV to return the process seems to be very long. They have to take the TV out and see if it powers on. I guess company policy. After the return I went to Costco and bought a Samsung QLED. Came home, and upon inspection it had a screen protector film, peeled it off and screen is flawless. Neither one of the TVs from this Best Buy location had any protective film on the screens. I’m not sure what warehouses they get their stuff but it’s supposed to be brand new but looks to be something a customer opened and returned and it was just repackaged neatly. I lost trust in Best Buy. I have more assurance in Costco for my electric needs. Also. I found a TV remote at home and realised that I hadn’t boxed it with the LG TV that I returned so I took it back. The guy working at customer service desk said something on the lines that it took me 3 days. Was kind of passive aggressive an rude. I’m not happy with the customer service or the quality of products. I don’t believe I’ll be doing any shopping at this store again. I do feel for some of the employees including the guy that was a bit rude. He was the only one manning the checkout and customer service line. They seem very short staffed, and it seems like no one gets the help they are really looking for. And based on all the bad reviews for this store I see that it’s really a problem. I hope management steps up and does ALOT to improve the store for both customers and employees alike. I don’t want to be rude or mean but want to show kindness and grace and hope and wish for you guys to do better.
