We were immediately greeted by D’Adrian (sp) and Oscar who was training D’Adrian and they spent the next several hours helping us make our selections and getting our new phones and watches up and running along new cases, screen protectors, etc. They were both very patient, helpful and thorough in the whole process. May be the best cell phone buying experience in the past 35-40 years! Yes, started out with a bag phone in my company car around 1986-87.

Out of the 2 times that I visit within that week, first time the bag have some stinky smell but I couldn't figure out why. Second time have the stinky smell as well. Turn out, there were some kind of stink bugs outside and there's a lot of it. I go straight to my car and they were already inside my car. Had to step outside and brush them off, and left the smell in my car for a few days.
