Arrived at closing to have the door locked in my face while approaching the store. True they had every right to do so but found it to be rude when all I needed was to pay a bill that wouldn't have taken two minutes. Currently planning to purchase a new phone soon but probably won't be there and certainly not from that attendant 🤷

Verizon no longer supports their products unless you pay for technical answers. This is an insulting and mean spirited policy. This policy was repeated to me numerous times, with no suggestion but, fix it yourself.
I am searching other providers.

Excellent experience! We were taking advantage of Verizon’s free upgrade program so went in to get new iPhone 17 Pros and new watches. We were immediately greeted by D’Adrian (sp) and Oscar who was training D’Adrian and they spent the next several hours helping us make our selections and getting our new phones and watches up and running along new cases, screen protectors, etc. They were both very patient, helpful and thorough in the whole process. May be the best cell phone buying experience in the past 35-40 years! Yes, started out with a bag phone in my company car around 1986-87.

I comes in to pick up an order and they someone is there to help me right away. Only problems is the bugs outside the store. Out of the 2 times that I visit within that week, first time the bag have some stinky smell but I couldn't figure out why. Second time have the stinky smell as well. Turn out, there were some kind of stink bugs outside and there's a lot of it. I go straight to my car and they were already inside my car. Had to step outside and brush them off, and left the smell in my car for a few days.
