I went in today to look at phones and upgrade prices and all the phones were turned off with hand written notes on stating the "prices". I asked to see the price list print out because it would easier for me to evaluate and she told me no because it's company policy to not show me. So then I asked "why can't I view the prices on the phones?" And she said "just turn all the phones on yourself or just go to the cricket wireless website." I felt like the employees were trying to scam people. For example original price for Samsung Galaxy A16 is $159.99 — but in the picture it's depicted with a handwritten note as $175. Where are they getting these prices from? It's probably best to buy online these days because in-store sales isn't trustworthy. Like I get you wanna make commission but it shouldn't stoop to the point of shady behavior.

Love the service, but waiting in line to pay my bill while the service rep was on hold for "45 min" with tech support was outrageous! 6 people waiting in line. I normally pay online but this time it was in person. Customer service really needs help!!!
