  I rarely give bad reviews but this place is the worst I’ve ever experience. Customer service is horrible. Nobody here knows what’s going on. They never call to follow up. You have to show up to check on the status of the ordered parts. They walk to the back and disappear for like 30min. I waited so long to get an answer that I went shopping, paid for my stuff, and they still never came back up front to update me. I feel like they go in the back to hide and stall. Worst experience ever. My phone never got fixed. Waited over two months and still no results. Check on my ticket and it got closed. Parts were supposedly on back order now. Before I forget, they tried to fix my speaker but then said something about the phone wasn’t dialing out. I was like the main issue was the speaker and it still didn’t work. Horrible. Stay away

  The experience I had with Tory at the geek squad, was above and beyond 5 stars. Tory took the time to explain everything so l understood “tech talk” very knowledgeable,professional and patient. I will return to the Rock Hill SC ( Best Buy Geek Squad) for all of Technical issues Thank You Tory.

  I wish I would've read the reviews before I called this place geek's they are not unprofessional they are I called geeksquad to get help with some wifi camera installation on September 20 I had to pay 129.99 before they would schedule me for an appointment I should've known then it was scthey the guy showed up to my home on Oct rtist4 and was not knowledgeable about what he's was about to do long story short the guy left my house with the cameras not working and know I'm getting the run around about getting my money back customers beware stay away from these scam artists no one gives you their real name and will not let you speak to a manager
