Found out after the fact that her phone was not that old it did not need to be replaced and not only did her phone bill go up because of the new phone they changed her plan causing that bill to go up. Called corporate and they confirmed all these changes came from this store by this saleman. I would avoid this store deal directly with virizon corporate stores. This person took advantage of an elderly person who has limited technical knowledge and then called her a liar when she repeated back what he said. You should do business with verizon but not this salesman or this store if these are the types of sales associates they hire.

Although my toddler cried and my baby fussed he went above and beyond to help me. God bless you Martin. May all things good come to you.

I had been having issues with my phone off and on for a week and I had already been to 3 different stores that day trying to figure out what was wrong. He’s very knowledgeable about his job and professional. He’s also really patient and explains the whole process very well. He helped me a lot and made sure everything was taken care of, I really appreciated that.
