    Just switched over from at&t and already regret it. They lied about the price of our bill because it is higher than what they originally said. We have also been battling with them to get the gift card that was supposed to be for the payoff of our at&t phone, that we never received. After many visits and phone calls nobody can seem to help us out or wants to.

    This company can’t tell the truth if their life depended on it. They will tell you one thing to get your business and it will end up being the opposite. I was 3 weeks away from staying a year. I just couldn’t take another 2 more years with this company. Always something with the bill for them to offer a price lock guarantee!! A price lock guarantee means the same bill amount every month!! The phone was always buffering. We called often throughout that year and they did nothing. The sky seen more of my phone than I did, trying to find service. It’s good riddance and we will never return.

    10/10 Stars. I couldn't have had better customer service reps. Going into phone stores is like having to deal with car dealerships where you have to be on guard when negotiating. But thank God I got JASON and CAM. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: to add 2 extra lines, free phones, lowest bill possible, port a number, no nonsense. I'm a difficult, persistent customer, and they accommodated every question and concern I had, tactfully and professionally. Jason ran his people like a disciplined general and Cam handled his business and made sure that the number was pushed along, ported, and working before I left the store. I believe I was there for an hour or so, but my time was not wasted, and I am completely satisfied with the monthly bill I'm committed to paying. These guys were true bosses and I will absolutely do business with them when it's time to upgrade. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

    Shoutout to the employees who lived through a nationwide outage yesterday. The exact moment society reverted to caveman behavior. You stayed calm while people acted like Wi-Fi was a human right 🤣. None of it was your fault, yet you took the heat anyway. Y’all deserve hazard pay and a drink!!
