Waste of humans that work at this specific store. After I went through 20 minutes of prompts and finally getting transferred to the actual store itself 3 TIMES every single time an associate picked the phone up they immediately slammed it back down, all 3 times. Each time I could hear the background noises of multiple people talking but no one ever said hello or greeted me.
I’d give these waste of airs 0 stars if I could.
