  How can a customer tell you what product they want 3 times and you ask them if they are sure and then proceed to tell them what product you think they should buy and even after making their choice clear, you still want them to buy what you want them to buy? Why not get rid of what you don't want the people to buy and sell only what you want. At the end of my day, I couldn't help but think the guy have a commission for a particular product. There is no gimmick the sales man didn't employ to make us buy Samsung phone I am disappointed. Even after my daughter told him what she preferred he asked her: " Are you sure" and them proceeded to say that they had all black of the phone she wanted. It was so obvious what he was doing and nobody else came to rescue us from this sales man hand.

  Greeted upon walking into the store. Went to purchase printer ink but decided to browse and several employees asked us if we had questions or needed assistance. We ended up ordering our items with free shipping. The atmosphere was welcoming and staff was friendly. We felt like valued customers, a hard find these days. This store and team outshines the location closer to me.

  I went in to buy some Air Tags and to browse around. Multiple employees checked with me to ask if I needed any help or had any questions. When I did, they were very polite and professional and knowledgeable. It's refreshing in a time when customer service seems virtually non-existent at most places. This is a great store.

  I walked in at 10:10 am. 2 employees at the door asked what I was looking for. I replied a USB cord for a printer. I was directed to computer area, they said if they have one it's over there. No one was there so, ask the guy at the exit door can you get someone to get the cable. He replied, if you wait 20 minutes someone will help you. I replied, " I will just order from Amazon". His reply. " you do that " and I replied I will. Last visit from me to Best Buy.
