  I went in to physically compare 2 phones that I was looking at to replace mine. The store was clean and the associate was welcoming. The phones were in stock I wanted to look at. I didn't get the associate name, but she was very helpful. She was insightful and informative to the questions I had about the difference in size, speed, and features of the phones. I wasn't ready to purchase right then and there, but I did eventually upgrade my phone. Great customer service!!

  The young lady that assisted my father earlier today was not very cooperative. I visited another location earlier today to add him to the account and confirmed all the details needed for him to be able to log into the account at any location just for him to get there and for her to tell him the information he provided was incorrect, which I know was false. I just wish she would have been a little bit more helpful with listening to what he needed and the information he was providing versus trying to get him to reset our code. I am speaking from a former Cricket associate.
