Went to this Verizon store and the employee was argumentative, condescending and told me to contact Apple. He handed my phone to a woman, she was able to restart my phone and she went on to tell me this happens to all phones.

All I wanted to do was trade my antiquated XR In for a new model 15, or maybe a16. All the sales person wanted to do was to get me to buy a 17, upgrade my plan, add an additional line, with a ton of extras tacked on. I Walked out, I will go somewhere else. As a gentleman who was waiting nearly as long as I was stated, “they know they have you! You don’t know if what they’re selling you is really needed or not. When you leave, you hope you got a decent deal, but who knows. Every time I leave here, I feel sleazy and feel as if I’ve been dealing with a used car salesman. “

I was greeted by a heavily tatted guy who quickly dismissed my request about service and told me to call customer service. No questions such as, "what are you paying right now?'", or "let's see what plan you are on now and I'll see how I can bundle a new phone and maybe save you some money." What he does is quickly walks me over to some Samsung phones and says "these are the only phones we have any promotions on." I told him I didn't want a Samsung and he said "sorry that's all I can do," to which I said I was going to look at other service providers. His response, "okay." I've been with Verizon for over 10 years. I will be with AT&T or T-Mobile by the end of the month. Man, am I pissed!!!
