  Geek Squad technician was requested to repair a tv that had a corrupted BIOS. Instead of offering to repair the BIOS by simply installing a fresh copy into the motherboard, he immediately went for the sales pitch to entice my wife and I to buy a new television set. Technician also had us purchase a motherboard from a 3rd party company, but upon arrival, the technician also damaged it. Add on top of it the technician made a mess in the room and never bothered to clean it up.

  Absolutely horrible. My mom cancelled her account by mistake online today, she is 75 years old. She called right after to tell them her mistake and they charged her to become a member again. $199 dollars!!! Unbelievable and she has been a member for years. Very disappointed they took advantage of an elderly person. Disgusting

  How am I supposed to call Janay at the store back when there are no options to get to the store.... just an overseas call center that does no good when Janay said directly she had questions. I already to the regional gm that I will never buy anything from them. As soon as my kids tablet warranty expires that store can rot

  Service is kind of really really really really slow. I told him my microphone wasn't working and he said "it works, its just the software that doesn't work." He talked to me like I was stupid. Sorry dude but if I knew tech stuff do you think I would need Geek Squad?!!?!? He was nicer at the end and told me "it is going to be about $200 for a software issue, would you like to proceed?" Um no I wouldn't want to pay for something like that!! waste an hour of my life.
