When was the last time a sales representative did that for you? If I were in a position of making management decisions for Verizon, I would find a significant position for her within Customer Service training.

Jennifer did what she said she would do, and followed up with me a month later to make sure my billing correction came out correctly. If you ever need a new cell phone or plan, she is definitely your woman! I have no doubt she will be running the place soon. So grateful for her help and follow through! 💪😊🙏
