- EDEric DangJan 1, 20261.0Geek Squad technician was requested to repair a tv that had a corrupted BIOS. Instead of offering to repair the BIOS by simply installing a fresh copy into the motherboard, he immediately went for the sales pitch to entice my wife and I to buy a new television set. Technician also had us purchase a motherboard from a 3rd party company, but upon arrival, the technician also damaged it. Add on top of it the technician made a mess in the room and never bothered to clean it up.

She called right after to tell them her mistake and they charged her to become a member again. $199 dollars!!! Unbelievable and she has been a member for years. Very disappointed they took advantage of an elderly person. Disgusting

Val, and Dorothy were very helpful in getting some data pulled off an older than dirt dinosaur computer of mine and did so for me in a fast, affordable manner. Then I was able to easily recycle the computer too! 5 Stars from me!
