After our recent experience at this store I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again. We spent thousands of dollars on a tv, sound bar, and mounts. Due to the incompetence of the salesperson and the manager assisting the salesperson, we were not sold the correct items but were unaware of this until the Geek Squad came 7 days after purchase to mount the items. We returned to the store to purchase the needed mounts and our situation was "escalated" to customer service. We had three phone calls with two customer service representatives and were told that we would have to wait another 8 days for the Geek Squad to mount the tv and sound bar - 15 days from original purchase. We were even told "We can't cancel someone else's appointment to fit you in!", despite the fact that our situation is 100% due to the incompetence of Best Buy. We have now contracted with a local technology company who will mount our tv and sound bar within two days. Incompetent sales people + NO true customer service = Best Buy is WORST Buy.

Just leaving this review to give a shoutout to Ezra. Me and my brother are both heavy gamers and anytime we have an issue with our systems or any of our hardware/peripherals he always comes through with a solution. He’s always my go to. If you have any problems always ask for him! 🙌🏽

I had an oven delivered today by Cam. He was very nice and helpful. There was an issue with the cord the guy put in when we purchased it in store. He didn’t ask us which one we needed and just selected for us and it was the wrong one. Cam was very helpful with my next steps. He did not make me feel like I was just a number on his list he had to complete to move on to the next. He took his time to explain everything to me and even offered to assist me if I needed help with the installation once I retrieved the correct cord(that was a whole other issue). It took 3 hrs because of traffic and a little mix up, but I have connected everything and finally have a working oven again. Thank you Cam. Being kind goes a long way. Also thank you to the very nice and helpful lady (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name) that was so patient and nice while assisting me at the Rivers Ave store.

Yesterday, i went to look at a computer. Waited in the tech area for 10 mins as directed by the manager who told me he would send someone over. After 10 minutes, i stopped a worker and asked them to please have someone meet me there. No one came so after 10 mins i went back to the front and the manager was no longer available. Called the store today to speak to the manager and the call was answrred by a call center. No more calls answered by the store. Best buy is now officially, a garbage store. PS there were 4 people in the whole store.

We stopped by yesterday with my son to buy some electronics for his job at the Air Force Base.
I wanted to thanks the Geek Squad gentleman who helped me. Unfortunately, due to a brain disability I can’t remember his name and didn’t carry my notebook to write his name. He is on his 35-40’s, African American working the morning shift. This kind employee is what makes us humans.
Best Buy has a great employee. Hope every employee would have great customer service.
