When I went to this Best Buy location for assistance (since all locations operate under the same company), I was told they would not help because it was outside the return window. The issue is not that I changed my mind — the issue is that I was sold a product that was not as advertised. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the two employees who assisted me. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no attempt to understand the issue or offer any solution. I was actually planning to purchase a laptop during that visit, but after the way I was treated, I told them that if this is how customers are handled, I would not be purchasing anything from Best Buy. Their response? “It’s up to you.” That clearly showed they did not care about keeping a customer. For a company as large as Best Buy, this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. $800 is not a small purchase. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Someone walks up behind us and they took them due to an appt. I understand they had an appt but we literally stood there for an hour. Horrible and I mean horrible customer service.
