  I thought this was main verizon store after they had me sign contract i got a 1,000 for my old phone on new galaxy 25 it was a 1,600 phone when it first come out the real verizon store says this 3rd party store now I owe 3,000 on my contract phone very unhappy everyone go to verizon on 501 if u want to be done right by verizon

  Extremely poor service and fraudulent. My family ordered a phone for pickup here, we got the text that it was almost ready for pick up so we went to the store to wait on it. Mind you we had already been charged for the phone by verizon before picking up. They SOLD the phone they were supposed to hold for us that we ALREADY PAID FOR. Not to mention they REFUSED to cancel the pick up order because they want it to look like we no-showed rather than them canceling the order. How do you sell a phone someone ALREADY PAID FOR? And then have the nerve to refuse to cancel it and make it look like we didn’t show up to pick it up? So now we don’t have a phone AND we were charged for a phone we can’t get! And we can’t get it shipped or attempt to get another phone until this one is either “picked up” or canceled. They already did this to us a couple months prior. Ordered a phone new, it was on back order so we had to get it sent to us, got an email for a tracking label, and then all of a sudden the “order doesn’t exist”. They were supposed to call me when the phone arrived and no one ever contacted me. Will NEVER be back here and I advise everyone else to do the same.

  Chase is a hero who may have changed my life (literally)! I was late on my Verizon bill and my phone was suspended. I needed a text message from my bank to pay the bill, which was impossible without service. I called Verizon HQ early in the day and they said I couldn't reactivate until paid. At the local store, Chase took my case and negotiated with Verizon HQ for hours. He not only got my phone reactivated but also secured a more affordable payment plan that HQ had previously said was impossible. I've been expecting life-changing phone calls about a career opportunity that, without Chase's help, I would have missed! I am immensely and eternally grateful!
