Chase is a hero who may have changed my life (literally)! I was late on my Verizon bill and my phone was suspended. I needed a text message from my bank to pay the bill, which was impossible without service. I called Verizon HQ early in the day and they said I couldn't reactivate until paid. At the local store, Chase took my case and negotiated with Verizon HQ for hours. He not only got my phone reactivated but also secured a more affordable payment plan that HQ had previously said was impossible. I've been expecting life-changing phone calls about a career opportunity that, without Chase's help, I would have missed! I am immensely and eternally grateful!

Michael Camisa is the most exemplary Verizon employee I've ever met. My husband and I were on vacation and husband lost his phone. Michael helped us order a new one with our insurance and made my phone available to take my husband's phone calls with his number on my phone too. We found my husband's phone while packing and Michael helped us turn my husband's phone back on and take my husband's phone number off my phone. He even called us when we got home to make sure both our phones were working properly and to see if we made it home safe. He didn't make us feel stupid for losing and finding a phone or not knowing what to do. That is a young man that cared about 2 out of town people to make sure we had phones that worked and that we safely got home. If that's not something for Verizon to be proud of, then there is nothing for Verizon to be proud of. Michelle Camisa is just a wonderful human.

My dad and I are on a phone plan together because my dad's been a member of Verizon for many many years where we have an incredible deal where I just Zelle him every month for my portion of the bill. Three weeks ago I visited Myrtle Beach and my dad shared with me that I had an upgrade to the iPhone 16 for a smaller amount of money than the normal price. My dad was working with a guy named Corey who has worked there for a while. Corey told my dad for me to stop by, but I ended up not having time. The next bill cycle comes and there is a start up charge for a new iPhone. I get a text today from my dad that I owe him for the new phone that I ended up getting. I sent him a screenshot that I do not have the new phone and I did not upgrade. I still have my iPhone 12 plus. My dad calls the Verizon store and asked for Corey and Corey says that he is not gonna be there. He's leaving for the day so my dad decides to drive there anyways and Corey is still there 20 minutes later. My dad said he sounded nervous on the phone and when he got there, my dad has worked with Corey for a couple phones that he's upgraded. Corie didn't even talk to him and forward him to someone else that worked at the store as Corey hid from the issue. Turns out we were signed up for a third line on our account without our permission which sounds about right when it comes to sales reps and Commissions. Now this is the best part I call after hearing about this and I asked for Corey. I talked to him on the phone and I say hey, I was supposed to see you about three weeks to get go to get a new phone under my dad and myself, I wasn't able to come see you. Why did you sign my dad Up for a third line he sounds extremely nervous to me. I say hey I work in sales. I know sales tactics that some people do and It's not OK and then he tells me to quit my yapping! He gets very irritated and annoyed on the phone and louder by the second and then again tells me to quit my yapping and then hangs up on me. After that he calls my dad to tell him he worked really hard to get him a manager because he was leaving which is not the case he hid from the situation and knew exactly what he did. They do this all the time in the hopes that people don't notice their bills. Second off, you don't tell somebody as a customer to quit their yapping. I'm not one to ever leave a review, but this truly set me off. Do not ever go to this Verizon go elsewhere in Myrtle beach, specifically do not go and work with Corey

Horrible customer service. Went in today to ask some questions about my Apple Watch and was told that it wasn’t their problem. They said that they only handled issues with calls and texts. I’ve used this store for 10 years….never again!
