  I called this authorized Cricket location to ask about current free phone promotions, and unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional. I was placed on hold multiple times without explanation and had to repeat myself several times. At one point, the associate Gaby repeatedly said “hello” as if she couldn’t hear me, then passed the phone to another employee Andrea who was suddenly able to hear me clearly. When I asked for their names, they avoided answering and continued passing the phone back and forth. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I hope management reviews customer service standards, as this location represents the Cricket brand.
