    When you buy a $30 screen protector because it comes with “lifetime warranty” and they tell you that you have to have the old one for this to apply. The old one was cracked into pieces..(hence why I need another..) I threw it away and was told without the “original” product the warranty is voided. I was never told this upon purchasing my 1st protector. I can’t think of anything more misleading.

    I purchased this refrigerator and had it delivered new by Best Buy, who was acting as Samsung’s delivery partner. Unfortunately, the unit was damaged during delivery, and the damage was reported immediately at the time of delivery to the delivery team. They acknowledged the issue on-site and called it in. Best Buy later contacted me regarding the damage, but after some back-and-forth, I was ultimately told that Samsung needed to handle it. When I contacted Samsung, they declined to assist, stating that the issue was reported outside their 5‑day window—despite the fact that the damage was documented and reported at delivery. The refrigerator itself is fine, but the customer service experience from both Samsung and Best Buy was extremely disappointing. Being redirected between Best Buy and Samsung, only to have responsibility denied, left me without a resolution for damage that was not caused by me and was reported promptly. I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a Samsung appliance to thoroughly document the delivery, take photos immediately, and ensure Samsung is contacted directly—regardless of what the delivery partner says—because the post‑delivery support process does not appear to be customer‑friendly.
