And he says he’s one of the managers, which makes it even worse, as far as the reflection on that location. He was curt, unhelpful, and even said to us he had more customers to see, (even though there was only one guy there, that was done in two minutes, as we were still getting our car). Ironically, when we went to the other Verizon location at Johnnie Dodds, that same customer was at that location as well. We took up possibly 5 minutes of Matt’s time, with no resolution. I’d avoid this corporate location at all cost!
