Austin Clauhs was the most polite and helpful employee . He generally had the best attitude and made sure we were complete satisfied and well taken care of ! This is my second time in this location and I highly recommend . Wait time was short and the employees are great ! Thank you Austin !

We brought it in to the store and Bill worked tirelessly for nearly 3.5 hours to help us. There were some technical glitches with both the watch and our lack of memory on the linked phone. Bill was on and off hold with the tech folks and...we thought we hit a dead end where we'd need to go to the official Verizon store in Town Center, but Bill called another number, asked for a higher tier of tech, and was able to work around it and set it up for us. We also purchase a new phone (for me) and he set it up while on hold with the reps. He kept his composure and focus, offering exemplary professionalism, throughout the whole process. Bill is absolutely an asset to the store, and we can't thank him enough!
