I worked with Tristan and David, and both were very professional. David was especially quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his thoroughness and his willingness to tell me what was truly best for me—even if something initially seemed like a good deal. He also gave me his phone number in case I had any questions or concerns afterward. I purchased a phone mount for my car that turned out to be missing all but one piece, and David immediately apologized and refunded it without any hassle. I’ve been to Verizon many times, but this was by far my best experience.
