Proceeds to do it but obviously is very inconvenienced by it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Any topic I brought up to him was basically answered with, “We don’t do that here.” I challenged him by letting him know that I had spoken to a coworker the day before and they told me about a particular offer. He rolled his eyes. I left and went to the WONDERFUL, WELCOMING Verizon store in Red Bank where I had the pleasure of working with RYAN! He had the phone I was looking for, gave me a great deal on my new phone, and downloaded my info to the new phone! All of this was addressed and he assisted 3 other customers while helping me. He extended the same courtesy to each of these customers. He was so friendly and polite to me. Go to the RED BANK VERIZON STORE. You will be pleased. Thank you Ryan!

The district manager still won't reach out to me to get the problem handled. I set up a business account and the new employee helping me actually set up two accounts instead of one. There's no phone attached to the second account but I'm still getting bills and notices from collection. We are now up to $1,146.29 for an account that I don't use. On top of that, they didn't even put my business name correctly on the account.
