I had Malware and several other things wrong with my computer. They were professional, and did not make me feel like a "BOOMER". My computer is fixed and I am happy!

- SGSharon GanisMay 15, 20171.0I just left Geek Squad in Lexington sc. I am aware an appointment is strongly suggested, however due to health reason, I cannot always schedule an appointment. I have been in 3 times this month and had no problems being scheduled and seen. I received a call that my laptop is ready to be picked up. I stopped at Best Buy after a doctor appointment. There were 2 two people being waited on and no one waiting. I got in line and waited 45 min. I was told I would have to make appointment to come back. I have entered the world of the handicapped and it is difficult to get about . During my 45 min wait, no one recognized I needed to sit down....I was ignored by all the employees who came and went, and there were many of them. When I finally talked to someone, I told them I would call for an appointment.....And, customer service for the handicapped left a lot to be desired. This remark received no comment. If I had not just renewed my contract, I would NOT set foot in Best Buy again.
