I would like to give a shout out to ORION HESS at the Verizon store at the landrum sc 29356 location for him going above and beyond helping me getting my simple wireless charger pad Lifetime warranty Replacement registered with InstaProtek, it took sometime and patience but he stayed on it until it was completed!!! BLESSED not stressed

I tried to go into this store to get a new phone with my wife. After 5 attempts, the process is still not complete. I have spent over 8 hours in this store waiting and have run into the single least helpful employee in the world. Jhonathan - looking at you!!
The first attempt, I ordered a phone to the store and attempted to pick up the phone. There was an issue with the order, and after 2 hours of waiting (well past closing), we were promised that if we came back in a day or two, the issue would be resolved.
Attempt 2: Came back in 2 days later and had the same issue. Went through the same process, leaving again after 2 hours of watching Johnny sit on the phone with a service rep.
Attempt 3: Got a text that everything was ready to go. Head back to the store... turns out they had resold the phone to another customer and had to cancel that order to get me the phone I had been waiting for. Another hour, and back to the original issue. Still cannot issue me the phone.
Attempt 4: Go in, get a new rep who works with me through the process. 3 hours later, I walk out the door with the new phone, but cannot turn in my old phone due to another order issue.
Attempt 5: Get a notice from Verizon - issues on the order cleared, come turn in the old phone. Go to drop the phone, and still have an issue with the order. Also can't drop the phone since they cannot reset it. Wasted another hour. Never going back here again.
Also, while you are there, they will constantly try to upsell you anything and everything. No I do not want your internet offering... you have been the least helpful place I have ever been.
