- NNNissi5 days ago1.0Unprofessional, went yesterday to replace a phone line from an old family plan I had. I was told that I needed to get some information from my 5 lines, an IME number. I had to return today since I did not had the information yesterday. They did not asked for it. The guy was yawning all the time and talking with his coworker. To make things worse my monthly plan went up $30, I specifically ask if my plan was going to change and he said no, when I went to my app later today I saw it. Do not recommend!!!!
