    A couple days ago I went in to get a new phone and switch my carrier to Verizon. Jordan was extremely nice and helpful. He stayed late after they had closed to make sure I was taken care of. He made the whole process much less stressful

    While the employees are nice and try todo their best this is a 3rd party Version store and when things go wrong you basically have to wait for real verizon to fix it. I just spent 2 hours today just trying to pick up an iPhone 17 & IWatch upgrade for my wife. I only wanted to pick up the phone and watch that we ordered on launch day before they closed, so I could set them up later when she got home from travel. They logged into my account and pulled “our” order and it was discovered that there was an extra iPad attached… I asked multiple times if we had the correct order because something sounded off. I was assured that this was the right order multiple times. It took calling Verizon support to resolve the iPad issue which took about an hour and half. Finally it came to processing the pick up… You’d think it couldn’t get any worse right? You’re wrong, they somehow managed to activate the new phone for a person that wasn’t in the store stranding my wife at the airport without a working phone. Thank god for free WiFi service and WiFi calling. Another 20ish mins of getting her current phone working again remotely while she waited for her flight… The pickup was finally processed without bricking my wife’s current phone and I was able to leave with the order. Fast forward to setting up the devices, phone goes smoothly like every other iPhone upgrade we’ve done before. Thanks Apple! Now we go to setup the watch and notice the wrong color was given to us! So in turn it was in fact the wrong order for the watch/ipad. So if you ordered a Pink iPad & Rose Gold Watch and they can’t find your devices when you go to pick them up this week now you know why. We will be returning the watch for the color we initially ordered. All I can say is good luck if anything goes wrong at this location
