    My sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products that I inquired about, patient, caring, and he ensured that I had the correct mobile plan/services/devices applicable to my needs. He demonstrated excellent time management skills dividing his time to meet the needs of each customer present during my visit while assisting me with transferring my storage from the old device to the new one.

    Great staff and professionalism!! Was at this location when some older couple came in screaming and threatening the manager for something that wasn't his fault. Those customers made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it really speaks to the manager who handled it as calmly as he did. I know if someone got in my face and threatened like that, I'd lose my job in a second!!! Great job Verizon and great job manager!! And to that couple, I hope your life gets a little less sad.

    Our first experience in the past two weeks was with Gabriel who was very pleasant and fairly knowledgeable. We have worked with Jordan in two different stores in the same past two weeks. Jordan is very polite, patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Verizon and iPhones. I purchased a 17 pro max which Gabriel and Jordan assisted me with in the Indian Land store. Within a few days I decided it was too big for me. Jordan handled the trade in yesterday to a 17 pro, which went very smoothly.
