    I went to this store about upgrading to new phone. Mr Griffey H greeted me he was very helpful. I upgraded my phone he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. Very good experience!!!!!

    I traded in a device back in October. The sales guy helped me transfer all of my contacts and info over from Samsung to iPhone. He took about 2 hours to do it, and I missed some plans because of it. After he finally finished, he said, "I'll call you tomorrow and see how it's going." I never got that call. Verizon was offering a promotion of $1,100 to trade in the Samsung. Immediately I began having issues with billing. My plan was not upgraded as we had discussed, so I didn't have some features like hotspot and international services. It took two calls to finally get my service corrected. I texted and called the guy that sold me the phone and he never got back to me. Once you're out the door, you're no longer important. The store continued to call, and text with promotional sales. I responded that I didn't get the service/assistance I needed, and they never reached out or texted me another promo again. I tried to call the store directly but you can't get through to their number listed. Turns out they didn't mark my old device as being returned, so I didn't get the promo and ended up having to pay the full balance of the phone out of pocket. I'll never go here again for any reason. Verizon almost lost a customer because of this, but unfortunately they are the best provider for me, so I am stuck with them. Stay away from this store if you are looking for a good experience.

    My sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products that I inquired about, patient, caring, and he ensured that I had the correct mobile plan/services/devices applicable to my needs. He demonstrated excellent time management skills dividing his time to meet the needs of each customer present during my visit while assisting me with transferring my storage from the old device to the new one.
