We have worked with Jordan in two different stores in the same past two weeks. Jordan is very polite, patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Verizon and iPhones. I purchased a 17 pro max which Gabriel and Jordan assisted me with in the Indian Land store. Within a few days I decided it was too big for me. Jordan handled the trade in yesterday to a 17 pro, which went very smoothly.
