  I have used Verizon for 16 years . For 13 years I tried in Kingsport TN and Bristol VA to have the Teacher Discount applied to my bill. The customer reps in the stores near me were of no help. On a trip to Hilton Head I visited the Cellular Sales stores near Shelter Cove. I asked a customer rep named Peter if he could help me. In 15 minutes he discovered the problem. Peter is the best customer rep I have ever encountered. I then used Peter to upgrade all my phones and thru the whole process he was the best!! Fantastic Service!!

  I walked in a couple weeks ago and was told I couldn’t keep my phone number and take part in a deal to get a new phone. Come to find out my sister and mom came back from the same store the other day and they were able to get the same deal and keep their numbers, it was just harder to do on the employees end and the process ended up taking 2 hours but it was entirely possible. The employee I got was just lazy I guess and he didn’t want to help me. Needed to keep my phone number because I have business cards so I went to T-mobile instead. Really disappointed.
