  I went to your store last evening because my phone was suddenly overwhelmed with strange advertisements telling me I had malware, plus other useless adds and messages trying to sell me things. I was terribly concerned that my phone was infected. First, I was warmly greeted at the door by two staff members. When I explained to Kimberly what was happening with my phone, she promptly sat down with me to have a look at my phone and resolved my issue. She was very confident in her abilities to assist me and explained that I had recently installed an app to open pdf documents that appeared safe, but wasn’t. She cleaned up all the residual from my mistake and helped me install the safe Google document app to utilize in the future. Thanks to Kimberly for the excellent customer service and the warm invitation into the store by all the team members.

  Darius Simpson is an outstanding young man. You would be lucky to have him take care of your Verizon needs. Patience, understanding and kindness are his biggest qualities.

  After 3 days of dealing with corporate, my local Verizon store and it's employees figured out multiple technical issues with my account, and I could not be happier. Peter and Jason made my week and without their help, I would have been completely stuck, or on hold forever from the corporate offices. Thank you so much for handling this for me. Permanent customer. Who knew clarity was 10 minutes down the road from my house. They are all so polite and patient. Fantastic crew!

  We went into the store last Wednesday to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Chandler and a female manager were super helpful. They went out of their way to find the best offers for us and to safely move our phone numbers over. They were very patient and that was essential because this process took about 6 hours. We left thinking eveything was working, but it soon became apparent that one of the numbers was not working. We went back into the store the next day. Chandler was there and he tried to help us but when he needed help from another manager, a man whose name I don't know, he basically ran us out of the store telling us we would just have to wait for the port to complete. Fortunately, Chandler had provided us with support contact info and clues about the problem. I called support again after three days only to find that the port was never going to go through without action. Customer service helped me get the info needed and then pushed my port through, at which point my phone started working. I was unnecessarily without phone service for three days because this guy wouldn't help us on his faulty hypothesis that time would solve the problem. This guy made this painful, when it didn't have to be. If you go in and the manager is male, leave and go back when the female manager is there.
