- THTina HambrickDec 29, 20251.0I would give no stars if it was possible. Ordered service online..paid $69.99 to be told my phone wouldn't work with a ESIM to bring into store for a physical sim. Went to the store to get the physical sim to be told I have to pay $39 activation fee PLUS another $10 for physical sim... Didn't wanna pay anymore money but was going to. I then was told the card reader did not work and it would have to be cash only that I could run into Walmart market to buy a bag of chips to get cash back...I said no that's more money I'll have to pay. Left greer store went to Taylor's location, very helpful and friendly ladies there but then was told the phone wasn't compatible with their service when it was online per Rob. Now I am out $69.99 and no service with cricket. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I now have a new service and thankfully I didn't fall into their trap!

Me están defraudando mucho porque es muy lento !!! estoy haciendo algúna tarea en mi teléfono y de pronto aparece en mi pantalla un mensaje que dice "la red es inestable" mis llamadas de watsap se desconectan y es tedioso. He llamado y lo primero que me dice es que tengo que reiniciar mi teléfono pero poco tiempo después vuelve el mismo problema, seré solo yo el que tiene este inconveniente????????
- JJjwekSep 24, 20251.0The white lady that works at the front is the only reason why my experience has gone down hill ever since she’s been working here, everyone else Is great at their job. This lady always has a horrible attitude, feeding me a bunch of new policies that I highly doubt half of them are even legit, and for the second time has forgotten to put my monthly pay in the system. Both of these incidents seem to have a similar pattern as well, this only occurs when I tell her she can keep the receipt.
