  I have been going to the Cricket Wireless Store at 1325 Main St, Greenwood, SC. I received a survey and entered the numbering wrong. I have to take the time to correct that. While I can't correct the survey, I would like to take the time to give a glowing Review. The store manager at this location, Tishilia Cowans is AWESOME! She always has the time to answer any questions that I might have and always provides superior Customer Service! She is an asset to the company.

  I had a major issue with my phone and I was blessed to be helped by Tishilia Cowans and Brianna Childs.They are always helpful and courteous. They have been a blessing to me several times in regards to my phone issues. Cricket is Blessed and Highly favored to have them.

  I was in the store waiting to be held on purchasing two phones. It was only 2 sells associates in there and they saw that me and my son were waiting but they were busy. A gentleman walked in after us and when a associate came free he waited on the man that came in after us. That was at the store on South Main street in Greenwood. So we when to the other store and they service wasn't any better because when we arrive the sales associates with playing on their phones or talking to each other and act like they didn't want to help us. When one finally came over to help us she showed us a few phones and answered a few questions about a certain phone then she went back behind the counter and start playing on her phone. So we left and went to the cricket store in Greenville on South pleasantburg and Whitehorse road and purchase two phones.So from now on if I have to go to the cricket store for anything I will not be going to the cricket in Greenwood I'll just go to Greenville because they were more friendlier and more helpful.
